What are the appropriate levels of expectations for all staff?

Answer - All Staff will be held to basic levels of proficiency, which would increase annually.  As our expectations for students grow, so must the expectations of the staff.  Additionally, as the state increases technological demands (reporting, etc.), the staff will be required to both do and know more.

Action Plan - A rubric clarifying the expectations of proficiency levels will be developed.  Opportunities to learn and develop technology proficiencies will be made available to all staff members.

An Administrators Achievement Rubric will be used to assess the District’s leadership.
