How do we support technologically advanced staff members

to allow them to pursue interests and further develop their expertise?

 

Answer - While it is important to differentiate for students, it is equally important to provide learning opportunities in accord with varying aptitudes of staff members in the areas of technology. To this end, we will proactively seek to provide programs, incentives, recognition, and financial support to enable our more technologically proficient staff members to expand their skill set, as well as to share expertise with others throughout the district.

 

Action Plan - Develop a formalized Tech Ranger program specifically designed for more technologically advanced staff members, and provide release time to attend conferences and collaborate with colleagues.
