How do we utilize technology to address unique interests and learning needs of individual students?

Answer - Technology allows us to better respond to diverse learning styles of our students and educates them for a wider range of intelligence.  Utilization of technology as a means to differentiate instruction (e.g., remediate or advance) inspires students to work in preferred ways resulting in students who are more attentive, motivated, and subsequently willing and able to learn.

Action Plan - Development of an online learning and instructional support system that provides advanced, enriched and extended learning opportunities for students is essential.  Lesson plans will be then devised by teachers that incorporate technology and meet the needs of the students of varying interests and abilities.
