Every artist needs a supply of art materials at home. Here is a list to start with. You can get these things at department stores, drug stores or visit a real art supply store.

1.  Sketch book, or a cheap pack of computer printer paper

2. Pencils, good eraser (vinyl ), pencil sharpener

3. Set of water colors

4. Markers,  fine tip and wide tip, Over writers. Crayola lasts the longest

5. Black or colored "Sharpie" marker pens

6. Glue sticks, white glue

7. Colored construction paper

8. scissors and hole punch

9. Clay-dough of any type

10. Colored pencils

11. Crayons 64 count, metallic, cray-pas or crayon pastels

12. Pastel chalks

13. Glitter*

14. Felt squares, pipe cleaners or chenille sticks

15. Foam shapes

16. new sponges

17. Set of poster paints

18. Printing roller or brayer
